Such loans are typically given to meet the tenancy demands when someone loses his or her job. When they have a fixed income base they can repay the loan spread over a fairly long time period. This saves you the hassle of property disputes, if being a tenant you lose your job and suddenly become unemployed. Such loans are often offered from government institutions but may not be very reliable. The non-government institutions often provide such loans at unbelievably low interest rates and with easy repayment policies, which are usually hassle free.
