    Responsibility of financial operators

    By qwcdirect | May 13, 2010

When the common man instills faith in financial pundits for his own benefits, he hopes for some responsibilities to be shouldered. At the outset, the investor is in risk, but deep within, there is the aspect of credibility and client resource at stake for the operator.

Thus, the advisors and speculating firms make discrete enquiries on the running of market and intelligent shares’ individual performance. They then add a mixture of intellect, instinct, intuition and risk element to take decisions on behalf of the investors. Yes, there is no cent-per-cent assurance of digging gold each time one gets in the business. Still, with the experienced money players at the helm, one feels secure.

Sadly, their responsibility quotient is vague and there is no legal angle to it. These operators work under the coat of deft disclaimers. They are mostly fair in their assessment for the investor, but their errors cannot bounce on their payment scheme.
