    Recommending ethical remuneration

    By qwcdirect | May 17, 2010

The latest talk doing the rounds in economic circle is the recommendation for ethical remuneration. This is a swerving world and money has not just turned liquid, it has also taken a liquid’s unstable nature. Many times, as has been the practice, the supposed remuneration for a particular work at a high-profile company is much high. There needs to be a paradigm shift, but this won’t go un-talked about.

Ethical Remuneration has its basis in the integral nature of payments done, and their future repercussion. There has to be balance between both sides, and the volatile situation of today’s economy need to be assessed. Some reforms should be passed so as to bypass certain works that will lessen the useless load on the worker too. This way, both payer and worker will come down a bit.

Being a code of ethic, this is obviously a directive principle and cannot have legal bearings as such.
