Any investment requires transparency because most investors want to know what their money does every time. Nowadays because of the changing investment options, transparency is becoming an issue. One can invest in anything through the investment vehicles that are available in abundant as long as you know the repercussion of bad investment. With hedge fund you are not allowed to withdraw until the lock up period expires which ranges from a period of three months to two years.
