    Basics of ETF Trading

    Finance, ETFETFs, otherwise known as exchange traded funds first came into existence in the early 1990s and its main purpose is to serve as an investment vehicle that is being traded like stocks.

    Trading ETFs is as easy as when you are placing an order with your broker whether placing it with your full service advisor or through an online provider. ETFs are designed to be long term investments but still the investors can still benefits from the trading flexibility this investment can provide. ETFs enables an investor to quickly deposit cash into the market and to trade as regular as he wish in the market. During the course of trading ETF experience price changes as they are bought and offered for sale but tend to trade at the same price as the total net value of the stock and are responsible for holding assets like the bonds and stocks.
