Advantages of ETF trading system

Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) provides the chances of investing in a pool of securities in one transaction otherwise known as diversification .Because of this; it can be used in many types of investment across securities. EFT has many benefits that it offers to investors such as; Flexibility in trading, this is because of its continuous pricing and ability to trade for a long time. It’s not expensive as compared to other investment products having in mind that the cost of transaction in frequent trading can be used to offset the gains of low expenses.
Transparency is another contributing factor to the benefits of ETF; one has the capacity to know which underlying security he/she is investing in and because in most cases it generates fewer capital gains than mutual funds, it offers a potential for high tax efficiency because investors sell shares which generate capital gains
